Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Loralai Olives (LO). LO provides this website, including all information, tools, and services available on it, to you, the user, on the condition that you accept all the terms, conditions, policies, and notices mentioned here.
By accessing our website and/or purchasing any product from us, you are engaging in our Service and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), along with any additional terms, policies, or guidelines referenced here or linked through this website.
These Terms apply to all users of the site, including but not limited to visitors, customers, vendors, merchants, and content contributors.
Product Prices and Specifications
The prices of products published on the LO website are expressed in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) and are inclusive of VAT. The price guaranteed to the buyer is the one published on the website at the time the order is dispatched. The published price is fixed and final; however, LO reserves the right to modify or replace any previous prices, subject to the actual availability of the products.
Product images shown on the website are indicative. Any discrepancies do not affect the essential characteristics of the product. The Customer is responsible for carefully choosing the products ordered.
Orders and Billing
Each order submitted to LO constitutes a contractual proposal from the Customer. Processing of the order by LO shall be considered confirmation and acceptance.
For invoicing purposes, the Customer must provide complete and accurate billing information, including the shipping address for the invoice.
Order Fulfilment
Orders will be fulfilled within the timeframes specified on the website. Deliveries within the UAE are normally completed within 3-7 working days.
If LO is unable to fulfil the order due to unavailability of the requested product(s), the Customer will be informed at the earliest possible time and provided with an estimated delivery date.
In case of breakage, stock depletion, or product unavailability, LO will inform the Customer as soon as possible of the date when the product will become available. The Customer may confirm via email or WhatsApp whether they prefer to wait for the product or request a refund.
Product Delivery
Products will be delivered to the address specified by the Customer at the time of order. Shipments are made only after payment confirmation.
All orders are processed once the amount paid by credit card is verified by the card issuer.
Payment Terms
Payment for any order placed with Loralai Olives (LO) is due at the time of order confirmation.
The Customer agrees to pay the full amount of the selected product(s) as shown on the LO website, including product price and any transport or shipping costs.
Please note that LO only accepts payments via Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
By placing an order, the Customer confirms that he/she is authorized to make payment using the selected method. Please note that orders will be processed and shipped only after payment has been fully confirmed.
Integrity of the Contract
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale constitute the full agreement between the parties. No other general or specific conditions communicated by the Customer may be introduced or override these Terms and Conditions.
Intellectual Property
LO owns all intellectual property rights related to its website and holds exclusive rights to distribute the items listed in the online catalogue. Partial or complete reproduction, in any form or medium, of the items contained on the website and in the catalogue, as well as their use or distribution to third parties without prior consent, is strictly prohibited.
