Refund and Exchange Policy

If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. For example, if an item is delivered on January 1st, customers must get in touch by January 8th.

Refund/Exchange requests will only be processed if the item is damaged due to “our fault” or during delivery. Please note that we do not accept returns due to a change of mind or if the item is no longer needed.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused with same quantity
  • In its original packaging, with seals and tags attached
  • Accompanied by all accessories and manuals.  

All items before initiating the process of refund or exchange will go through a quality check to ensure they are in their original condition. If an item is returned in an unacceptable condition, we reserve the right to REJECT your request of refund/exchange.
