Ingredients:
- 2 potatoes (cubed)
- 3 tbsp LO’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- ½ tsp cumin
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Roast or fry potatoes until golden.
- Sauté garlic, chili, and cumin in olive oil, then mix with potatoes.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve warm.
