Batata Harra (Spicy Lebanese Potatoes)

Batata Harra with LO's extra virgin olive oil

Ingredients:

  • 2 potatoes (cubed)
  • 3 tbsp LO’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Roast or fry potatoes until golden.
  2. Sauté garlic, chili, and cumin in olive oil, then mix with potatoes.
  3. Garnish with cilantro and serve warm.
